Erst vor kurzem durch Ronny vom KFMW wieder drauf aufmerksam gemacht worden, dass ich dieses Album auch gut gefeiert habe. „Sie wollen uns erzählen“ war das erste Lied, was ich von ihnen bei MTV/VIVA hörte. Danach kaufte ich mir das Album und dann auch das darauf folgende (K.O.O.K.).
Ich mochte damals das, was Tocotronic eben besonders macht. Dieses phlegmatische Rumgeeiere mit völlig absurden Texten, die einem doch irgendwie suggerieren, dass man den Sinn dahinter versteht. Ich war damals 16-18 und damit wohl in dem perfekten Alter, um für solche Musik völlig zugänglich zu sein.
